Pro feature

Optional cloud backup after download

Cloud sync is included with Pro. Files download locally first, then upload only after you connect a provider and enable sync.

How it is designed

Files download locally first. If you connect a supported provider, you can choose to upload a copy to the app’s folder in your own cloud account. Provider tokens stay on the device, and you can disconnect from Settings.

Current availability

Cloud connection availability depends on the browser, provider review status and the extension release installed on your device. Check Settings for the providers currently enabled for you. Google Drive may be limited while provider verification is in progress; Firefox support varies by provider.

How to turn it on

  1. Open OneTap Save Settings.
  2. Connect an available provider and complete its authorization screen.
  3. Enable automatic upload, then complete a local download and verify the file in your cloud folder.

No. Downloads stay local by default.

Does OneTap Save see my whole drive?

The Google Drive integration is designed around the limited drive.file scope; Dropbox uses its app folder. Always review the provider’s authorization screen.
