Email [email protected]. For a problem with a page, include the page address, a screenshot and your extension version (shown at the bottom of the OneTap Save window).

Recover your license key

Your license key was shown on the payment success page and emailed automatically to the address you used at checkout. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for “OneTap Save” or “Dodo Payments”. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] from the same address, or include your order number, and we will send it again.

Activate Pro

Click the OneTap Save icon in your browser toolbar.
Click Upgrade to Pro at the top right.
Paste your license key and click Activate.

You can activate the same key on up to 5 of your own computers. To move it, click Remove license on the old one first.

Nothing is detected

Make sure the switch in the OneTap Save window is On.
Open the page of the specific video (not a list or search page) and start playing it.
If you just installed or updated the extension, refresh the page once.
YouTube and some overseas platforms are not supported.
