We want you to be happy with OneTap Save. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
What is covered
- Pro Lifetime — full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Pro Annual — full refund within 7 days of the first purchase, and within 7 days of each annual renewal charge.
- After 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical problem on our side prevents you from using Pro and we cannot fix it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase and, if available, the order number from your receipt. You can also reply to your Waffo Pancake receipt email.
Processing
Refunds are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the license key from that order is revoked and must no longer be used.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not by itself refund the current period; if you are within the refund window, ask for a refund as described above.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including the EU and UK right of withdrawal.
