How do I activate Pro?
Right after payment your license key is shown on the success page and emailed to you automatically. Click the OneTap Save icon, choose “Upgrade to Pro”, paste the key and click “Activate”. No account is needed.
Can I use one license on several computers?
Yes. One license key can be activated on up to 5 of your own computers or browsers. Licenses are for personal use by the purchaser and may not be shared or resold.
Which sites are supported?
Popular Chinese video and content platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin and Kuaishou, plus MP4 and M3U8 videos playing directly on other web pages. YouTube and similar overseas video platforms are not supported.
Does OneTap Save collect my data?
No. The extension works on your computer, collects no usage statistics and needs no account. Your downloads stay on your computer. Only your license key is checked with our payment platform. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens when my subscription ends?
